Auto-Guide Power Flanging Attachment
For Pittsburgh Lock Models 20 & 24
Auto-Guide will automatically follow any edge — straight, inner or outer radii — and no changeover is necessary between Pittsburgh Lock and flanging operations. Automatically handles radii down to 3-1/4". Lock out the automatic feature to run a radius down to 1-3/8". Two Auto-Guide Power Flanging Attachment models are available, one for Model 24 and one for Model 20.

Lockformer Pittsburgh Lock Model 20 & Pittsburgh Lock Model 20 Super Speed

In 1937, Lockformer introduced the first truly practical lock forming machine. It significantly cut the time required for making duct and it completely revolutionized the sheet metal working industry.

Note: Model 20 Super Speed is not available with the optional flanging attachment.

Lockformer Pittsburgh Lock Models 14-16-18

These powerful performers offer the HVAC industry day-in/day-out service. The 14, 16 or 18 gauge Pittsburgh Lock machines have 7 forming stations with 2 forming positions. One position forms the Pittsburgh Lock, while an auxiliary or outboard position has the ability of forming 1 of 8 profiles depending on the contractor's needs.

Lockformer Auto Guide Flanger 16-18

This power flanger has the "auto-guide" feature, which automatically controls the forming of a right-angle flange. It will contour and follow any edge, straight or curved. Using the convenient table slot, the operator merely turns up a starting edge, starts the material through the rolls and lets go. A calibrated dial sets the auto-guide for work with radii as small as 3-1/4". Two flange heights are available - please specify 3/8" or 1/4".

Lockformer Button Punch Snap Lock Rollformer

Specially designed for commercial and industrial ductwork, these Button Punch Snap Lock machines will turn out perfectly formed locks. They will produce both a female button lock (inboard rolls) and a button-punched right-angle flange (outboard rolls). Two models are available in both a 20 gauge (9-station) and lighter material, or a 24 gauge (7-station) and lighter material.

Lockformer Button Punch Snap Lock Flanger

Roll single-direction curves down to a minimum radius of 3-1/2" inside or a 5" outside radius, almost automatically. These punched right-angle flange curves fit perfectly in the female button lock formed on the Lockformer® 20 gauge or the 24 gauge Button Punch Snap Lock.
