Iowa Precision TDC Wrap Brake
Iowa Precision's TDC Wrap Brake is a freestanding version of the Fabriduct wrap brake. This machine is ideal for forming TDC fittings and wrap duct.

Simple dial and pointer bend angle setting. The TDC Wrap Brake has a bed of sectioned tooling and a solid upper forming die beam. It is designed to form and L-section or Wrap (one-piece) TDC duct. The TDC Notch Locator positions the duct in the proper bending location for forming. This allows for one-person operation. The machine is also designed to form various length fittings with a TDC or TDF Flange and Pittsburgh or Snap Lock seams. Optional Precision Back Gauge : Iowa Precision recommends the TDC Wrap Break be ordered with the optional precision Back Gauge. This back gauge has a digital readout and allows you to preset the bend dimension. This also allows production bending jobs to be run with consistent piece to piece dimensional accuracy. Optional Sectioned Top Tooling : Box and Pan bendingn up to 2" flange height is accomplished with the sectioned top tooling for the TDC wrap brake. Optional Portable Version : Heavy - Duty casters with cam-actuated lift assembly are available to make it easy to move the TDC Brake around your shop. SPECIFICATIONS :
